SENIOR BADGES

1) Demonstrate the ability to stalk and use camouflage and cover, wind, shadow, and background by doing the following:

By Day:

A) Cross 800m of open country to approach an observer in a known position.

B) Camouflage yourself against 3 different backgrounds, under various weather conditions.

By Night:

A) Approach unseen and unheard, within 15 feet, an observer whose position is known.

B) Locate and pass between 2 observers.

2) Give proof of having stalked and studied at least 4 wild bird or animals in their natural state in the wild by describing the results of their observations, and producing sketches and photographs.

3) Make at least 3 plaster casts of the tracks of animals. One of which must be wild.
