Know the usual safety-first rules for rifle shooting and have knowledge of the parts of a rifle they use and its care and cleaning.

Produce 2 targets fired by themselves within the previous 4 weeks, these targets should have a minimum score of 80out of 100 each.  The target must be certified by their instructors,

Have a valid FAC, and have undergone a course in the safe handling of guns.
