(To the tune of the "Bear Song,"  or spoken as a rap)

A Polar Bear
   once gave to me,
An acronym
   shaped like a key.

The "C" in COLD
   stands for "Ceep Clean."
Don't play with mud
   or greasy things.

The "O" in COLD
   stands for "Ovoid,"
Don't Overhear,
   don't jump for joy!

The "L" in COLD
   is really three,
three "W"s
   that layer me.

The WICKING "L"
   is poly-pro.
It hates my sweat
   but loves BO

The Middle "L"
   is Polar Fleece.
It keeps me "WARM,"
   me and my fleas.

The outer "L"
   is "Wet" and "Wind."
Let's keep them out!
   Don't let them In!

The "D" in COLD
   is keeping Dry.
No snow angles,
   or snowball fights!

Homeo STA,
   SIS SIS my friend,
I will maintain
   it till the end!
